You are not connected to a Serial Port JSON Server. Please connect
and then retry.
You may also scan your local subnet for SPJS servers. We will find
cameras on all SPJS servers and list them above.
Choose which SPJS server is on the machine that your camera is on.
Default SPJS (the one you connect to in the SPJS widget)
This widget supports two styles of streaming video using UV4L WebRTC or
using Motion. WebRTC uses H264 compression so it is more intensive on the
server's CPU and less intensive inside ChiliPeppr. Motion uses MJPEG so it
is less intensive on CPU for the server, but a bit more intensive inside
ChiliPeppr.
UV4L WebRTC
Motion MJPEG
You need to restart SPJS with the -allowexec command line switch to turn on SPJS's ability to allow direct terminal commands to be sent to your Raspberry Pi.
Or, enter your username/password here for your Raspberry Pi to enable this widget to authenticate on your behalf and send commands.
Your SPJS appears to be running a host.
If you are not running on Linux or a Raspberry Pi you can't
use this widget. We use uv4l as the WebRTC server and it is only
available for Linux. Feel free to fork this widget to add
capability.
Your SPJS is running on Linux so you can use this widget with
the uv4l WebRTC server, but we don't have that install script
setup yet. If you are interested in forking this widget and
mimicking the Raspberry Pi setup please feel free and then push
the changes to Github http://github.com/chilipeppr/widget-cam
repository.
Your SPJS is running on a Raspberry Pi so you are eligible to use this widget. You must click the install button to have this widget configure your Raspberry Pi automatically.
You actually have uv4l installed, but it is not running. We can launch it for you if you click below.
